CHARITABLE OBJECTS

 

The Objects are, and are specifically restricted to, the following:

 

• The provision and maintenance of Culham Chapel as a place of worship and for the conducting of Roman Catholic religious ceremonies for all who wish to attend and the provision and maintenance of other buildings used for related activities;

 

• The advancement of the Roman Catholic faith and the propagation of Roman Catholic knowledge, practice and belief;

 

• The provision of Culham Chapel and other properties for, and the organisation of, Roman Catholic retreats.

 

• The advancement and provision of Roman Catholic education teaching practices and scriptures and the provision of instruction and supervision in the Roman Catholic faith including but not limited to the provision and support of educational establishments which provide education in accordance with the principles and practices of the Roman Catholic faith;

 

• The support of Priests and other office holders in the Roman Catholic Church for acting as such, including the provision of stipends and other financial support;

 

• The relief of sickness and the preservation of health among the local Catholic community;

 

• The prevention of and/or relief from poverty and the relief from financial hardship among the local Catholic community; and

 

• Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, all other purposes that are exclusively charitable under the law of England and Wales.
